Hello Chicago!

This morning, we were able to speak to Hermana Greenlaw while she was waiting to board her plane to Chicago. She told us that she had prayed that she would be able to see someone she knew before she left. That is when I received a sweet text from Cherry Morgan. "Guess who I am with at the airport? Hugging the stuffing out of her for you". They apparently saw each other in the security line and talked until she left.

Cherry and Mark lMorgan et several missionaries use their cell phones at the airport, including Jessica. Right before they boarded, she took one last picture of her group.

Later that day I received a picture from another friend of Jessica. It looks like her wish came true. She saw lots of love ones before he flight took off.

Later this afternoon I received a letter from the Illinois, Chicago West Mission office telling us that our missionary had arrived. Pres and Sister Griffin met them at the airport. Hermana Greenlaw flew with one sister and two elders that are English speaking. She looks happy and well. The mission office said they were orientated, fed deep dish Chicago pizza, and interviewed by President Griffin. They will spend the night at the mission home and receive their new trainers in the morning. Once their companions have been assigned, the missionaries will head out to their various areas.

We are so happy to know that that Hermana Greenlaw arrived safely. We look forward to hear where her first area will be.
